Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time from your organisation's billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What counts toward my IP limit?
Only allocated and reserved IPs count against your plan limit. Available (unassigned) IPs do not count, so you can model large address spaces without hitting your quota.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Business and Enterprise both include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You'll be prompted to add payment details before the trial ends.
How does billing work?
Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle manage payment processing, invoicing, and VAT/sales tax collection on our behalf. You'll see Paddle on your card statement.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing — equivalent to getting two months free. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
What is the MSP / Partner plan?
The MSP / Partner plan lets you manage multiple client organisations from a single getIPAM account, with full isolation between clients and per-client utilisation dashboards. It's currently in development — register your interest and we'll notify you when it launches.
