Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes — you can switch plans at any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated automatically through Paddle, so you only ever pay for what you use.

What counts toward my IP limit?

Only allocated and reserved IPs count against your plan limit. Available (unassigned) IPs do not count, so you can model large address spaces without burning quota.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every paid tier includes a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.

How does billing work?

Payments are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record. Paddle process payments, invoicing, and tax, and charge in your local currency at checkout. You will see Paddle on your statement.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Paying annually saves you roughly 17% versus monthly — the equivalent of two months free. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.

What's the difference between Enterprise and MSP?

Enterprise covers a single organisation. The MSP / Partner plan lets you manage many fully isolated client organisations from one account, with a multi-org dashboard and a single UniFi Site Manager key spanning every client. MSP is coming soon.
